Personality: A bit on the odd side, Ixavier acts differently based on if he has his mask on or not. With it on he can be caught doing absolutely anything. Whether it's having a good time at the arcades, or hanging out in alleys hoping for that perfect dynamic entry. There isn't anything he loves more than a bit of bribery so he's quick to let people know when he finds out something juicy on them they might wanna keep on the down low. It's easy enough to bribe him with pizza when he's hungry if you know the right kind, but he'll also keep quiet with a little hush money or favors he can turn in when he needs. He'll laugh off any lewd deal attempts, freely telling people he's a married man, and will have even more laughs with his knife if they ask, "so?"
Without his mask, he's a lot more timid. If it was taken from him, he'll try to get it back quickly, but if he can't easily he'll simply run away and make a new one, not able to play his survival game properly without it. He still walks around and works without it as a waiter, but he's much calmer and less likely to turn violent. It takes awhile before he'll willingly admit to being the same person or taking the mask off himself, usually after meeting someone with it on and off as long as they seem to like both sides. The most common thing is that no matter which, he'll always keep his word. One way or another if someone can get him to promise something he'll do anything he can to keep to it or make it happen.

History: 
Born and raised in Kurvick after the chaos, Ixavier never had very good odds of being a 'normal' child. With it being so dangerous outside, he was often kept inside and simple played his video games all day, rpg adventures being his favorite. When he did go out, even the life out there became like a game eventually. There was an infinite number of lives as he figured out when people he'd seen bleeding out and dying in alleys stood next to him at the bus stop the very next day. As a child it unnerved him at first as he started taking more notice of his surroundings, but got accustomed to the strangeness as he grew up. He tried telling his parents and even other people about how much of a game life was but he was too young still, the unusual views being taken as nothing more than childish imagination. The only thing they did for him that he adored was buy him a simple white mask, telling him he could pretend to be 'player 1' in the little game world of his. 
As he got older, his love of games branched a little to going out to play board games like Dungeons and Dragons and Shadowrun with other players. Strangely, he found himself having a hard time getting to know people outside of the nerdy little world he lived in, go figure. Not a lot of people shared his love for discussing the difference between wood elves and high elves, or if a 10th level fighter could beat a 15th level sorcerer. Eventually he started to keep quiet about such things, preferring to keep people from giving him confused or weird looks, but he's still a huge dork deep inside. 
Once he was old enough to move out, within the first week of living on his own he'd been subjected to his first death by some crazy guy he'd found out was named Bob. It was... painful, to say the least, but he'd never felt anything like it before.
Finding the reaper in Kurvick and confirming that death was... reversible, it gave him a twisted perspective that dying wasn't that big of a deal any more. Life actually became one huge survival game to him. The more dramatic or extravagant the death the more points he would give- seeing a challenging fight to the death in the pouring rain as one of the most thrilling ways to either kill or be killed; it couldn't be an easy win either way or it would be worth zero or even negative points. He took up being a contractor as a means to accept quests, money and simple fun the obvious reward for completion.
